As the year draws to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on resilience—not just our own, but yours, and most importantly, that of the adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who are at the heart of everything we do.

The world feels increasingly uncertain. Costs continue to rise, and challenges grow more complex. Yet something remarkable continues to happen: YOU.

You believe in our mission. You champion the IDD community with unwavering dedication.
And because you show up, we’ve accomplished incredible things together in 2025:

• Improved the living spaces of 3 of our Adult Family Homes
• Expanded our Adult Day Program by partnering with 9 new community organizations
• Launched a Recognition & Appreciation Program to celebrate and retain our dedicated Direct Support Professionals
• Introduced a NEW Club Rec Program for young adults who’ve aged out of Summer Rec but aren’t yet ready for Adult Day Programs

Together, we’ve strengthened lives, created opportunities, and built belonging. But to continue this work—and maintain the quality of care our community deserves—we need your partnership once again.
