Since 1991, Balance has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Ozaukee County.
Balance provides community-based programs that promote and respond to each individual's personal goals, needs, and dreams. We strive to empower each person to determine the direction of their life.
Through community-based programs, Balance also enhances our community's capacity to understand and embrace individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Balance is committed to providing community-based programs that support children and adults with IDD across the lifespan with children's programs starting at age 5 and Adult Programming having no upper age limit.

Children's Summer Rec (ages 5-15)
Children's Fall/Spring Rec (ages 5-17)
Children's Summer Club Rec (aged out of Summer Rec but not ready for Adult programs)
